Up to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit paid or a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit, usable for another period or the following season.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: no refunds or vouchers will be issued.
CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID / ILLNESS / SERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES:
A voucher equal to 100% of the deposit paid, usable during 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of cancellation due to COVID, illness, or serious circumstances, proof will be required (medical certificate or supporting documentation).
Examples of serious circumstances:
Documented personal emergencies: serious illness or injury of the guest (supported by a medical certificate); death of a close family member.
Natural and weather-related events: extreme weather events (storms, floods, fires) in the destination area or at the guest’s location (e.g., earthquakes, storms, etc.).
General emergency situations: pandemics or health emergencies (with government restrictions or quarantine); armed conflicts or political instability in the destination region; government orders restricting travel or outdoor activities.
Logistical disruptions: delays or cancellations of essential public transport needed to reach the destination (e.g., flights or trains).
